Basic description

Are you looking for a quality aluminium ladder suitable for use in heavy industry or a practical folding structure for everyday household use?

This extendable support ladder with practical rope control for folding and unfolding will guarantee you all this. Thanks to its easy handling, it will not get lost in the work of professionals or in the hobby use of the ordinary handyman, in the garden or in the kit, workshop or on the construction site. Solid construction and excellent stability ensure comfortable and safe access to elevated areas. A maximum load of up to 150kg is possible, so it can comfortably carry 2 people or carry/retrieve building materials.

Advantages of the extension ladder

The extension ladder is characterised by its unique design with exceptional versatility. This model is adjustable and easy to use thanks to the steel cable pulley (bottom pulling double cable made of non-slip plastic,
upper pull-out galvanized steel rope), and also thanks to the solid guide pins and wall castors of the upper extension part of the ladder, friendly to facades.

From a height of 12.24 m, the ladder is retrofitted on request with stabilising bars with non-slip feet to ensure ladder stability and compliance with the requirement of standards. The absolute width of the ladder is approx. 50 cm.

One of the most interesting advantages is definitely the movable castors that are installed as part of the ladder construction. They serve for easy and comfortable movement of the upper part of the ladder along the wall when extending and extending the ladder.

Basic construction material and quality

The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The stands are specially designed with double-sided tread. The rungs have an embossed design with anti-slip properties on them, they are embedded in specially developed double-walled hollow profiled stands, permanently welded with CMT, for even more safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to facilitate possible standing on the ladder when working at any height. The standard 28 cm spacing between the rungs is also adapted for comfortable standing. Upper plastic caps and lower anti-slip end caps for the uprights are standard.

Connection technology

The crossbars are welded to the beams using the CMT technique - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.

Weathering

The use of high quality aluminium and steel material and the careful processing/welding of the complete ladder structure has resulted in considerable resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even if it is left standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.

Certification

The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131.

This European Standard defines the naming and specifies the general design features of ladders. It applies to portable ladders for general professional use and for non-professional use. This standard does not apply to portable ladders which, by their design and instructions for use, are intended exclusively for specific professional use and therefore not for general professional and non-professional use.
