Basic description

Are you looking for a quality folding aluminium stepladder suitable for use in heavy industry as well as everyday household use?

You'll find it all in this model of freestanding steps, with a simple mechanism for folding and unfolding. Thanks to their easy handling, they will not get lost in the work of professionals, nor in the hobby use of the ordinary handyman, in the garden or in a set, even in the home. The solid construction and excellent stability will ensure comfortable and safe access to elevated areas.

Advantages of stepladders

The tread surfaces of the rungs have a surface ribbed tread, which has an anti-slip function and thus allows easy and comfortable movement up and down or possibly longer standing while working. This is confirmed by the deeper design of the 8.5 cm crossbars. You will also appreciate the practical locking system, which keeps the steps firm and prevents the steps from folding during use.

Basic construction material and quality

The quality of the material and workmanship of the steps will exceed your expectations. The steps can be manufactured in any RAL colour(please contact us for colour solutions and pricing) or natural anodised. The rungs have a desinated surface with anti-slip properties for even greater safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to make it easier to stand on the steps when working. The steps are accessible from both sides of the triangular structure and thanks to a special patented joint in their bend, the upper rungs can be joined to create a platform of approximately 600x300 mm or, conversely, the steps can be folded into a practical folding position. They are protected against rolling away by a simple mechanical lock They are accessible from both sides. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the steps.

Anodizing technology

The anodizing solution, or anodizing in other words, is a chemical and thermal treatment of the surface of the stepladder. It creates a protective layer on the treated aluminium surface. It prevents oxidation and protects the aluminium itself from it. It is most commonly used when aluminium is used outdoors. The material is thus significantly protected against weathering. The mechanical and abrasion resistance of the material is also increased. Thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as surface roughness, are significantly reduced. The lifetime of the product itself is increased.

Weathering

The use of high-quality anodised aluminium material and the careful construction of the complete step construction results in a really high resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to the material properties, the steps cannot rust even when standing in direct rain or other water elements for long periods of time. The material is also more resistant to heat. There is no risk of damage or wear.

Certification

The racks are manufactured and certified to meet the German DIN 14138 standard.

This European standard defines the terms: lead and lead alloys - analysis by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) or inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-ES), after separation by coprecipitation.
