This stand-alone ladder, with a simple mechanism for folding and unfolding, will guarantee all that. Thanks to its easy handling, it won't get lost in the work of professionals or in the hobby use of the ordinary handyman, in the garden or in the kit, workshop or on the construction site. It is also ideal for home use. The sturdy but extremely lightweight construction and excellent stability ensure you can access elevated areas comfortably and safely.
It is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131 and is therefore also applicable in industry.
The 85 mm deep tread surfaces of the rungs have a gesso surface solution which has an anti-slip function, making it easy and comfortable to move up and down the ladder or to stand for longer periods of time when working. For models 72-006 to 72-008 you will appreciate the practical tear-resistant safety strap or the galvanised knotted chain, which further prevents the ladders from unlocking spontaneously.
Probably the biggest advantage, however, is its extremely low weight.
The rungs of the ladder have a surface with anti-slip properties for even greater safety, stability and comfortable climbing or to make it easier to stand on the ladder when working at any height. For comfortable standing, the ladder is equipped with a platform. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
The rungs are welded to the beams using the CMT technique - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
The use of high quality aluminium and steel material and the careful processing/welding of the complete ladder structure has resulted in considerable resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even if it is left standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131.
This European Standard defines the naming and specifies the general design features of ladders. It applies to portable ladders for general professional use and for non-professional use. This standard does not apply to portable ladders which, by their design and instructions for use, are intended exclusively for specific professional use and therefore not for general professional and non-professional use.
