The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The entire ladder is made of high quality alloy aluminium (aluminium with various admixtures to achieve the required mechanical properties). It is highly resistant to corrosion, UV radiation and other external influences. The eccentrically mounted, solid profiled circular crossbars allow a safe ascent to the roof with an inclination of up to 74 degrees. They are welded to the beams to ensure secure retention. Not a single detail or defect must be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
The rungs are welded to the beams using the CMT technique - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
The use of high quality alloy aluminium material and the careful processing/welding of the complete ladder structure has resulted in considerable resistance to weather fluctuations. Due to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even when standing in direct rain or exposed to other natural elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
