It won't get lost in the work of professionals or in the hobby use of the ordinary handyman, in the garden or in the kit, workshop or on the construction site. The sturdy construction and excellent stability will provide you with comfortable and safe access to elevated areas. A maximum load of up to 150 kg is possible, so it can comfortably carry 2 people or carry/retrieve building materials.
On models R-112 to R-118, the ladder is equipped with a transverse stabilising rung with non-slip end caps, ensuring greater stability and safer use. The outer width of the ladder is therefore approximately 36 cm.
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The stands are specially designed with double-sided tread.
The planked rungs with anti-slip properties for even greater safety and stability are irremovably recessed and welded by CMT technology into the hollow profiled double-wall stands. There is a comfortable 28 cm span between each rung and all are embossed with anti-slip properties for even greater safety, stability and a comfortable climb.
The rungs are welded to the beams using CMT technology - a cold welding process to achieve the highest quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
The use of high quality aluminium and steel material and the careful processing/welding of the complete ladder structure has resulted in considerable resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even if it is left standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet the European standard EN 131.
This European Standard defines the naming and specifies the general design features of ladders. It applies to portable ladders for general professional use and for non-professional use. This standard does not apply to portable ladders which, by their design and instructions for use, are intended exclusively for specific professional use and therefore not for general professional and non-professional use.
