ULTRALIGHT safety shoes, the CALIFORNIA half shoe was made with functionality and comfort in mind. They have a new patented BOA shoe closure method.
What are safety shoes suitable for?
The footwear complies with NON METALIC requirements, so it is made without any metal components and thus suitable for environments that require it. The optimum width of the shoe ensures the required wearing comfort. The upper of the shoe consists of a ground flat top HIGH-TECH poromeric microfibre material composed of microfibres achieving the look, breathability, water resistance and parameters of genuine natural leather. The ventilation system of the shoe upper combined with a lining made up of breathable laminated MESH fabric guarantees maximum comfort, ensuring that the shoe "breathes". The HI-POLY insole is made of lightweight polyurethane and covered with MESH fabric. It absorbs shock and has a high energy absorption capacity during walking. It is anatomically shaped with excellent absorbency and drying capacity. It has anti-static properties and maintains an optimal climate inside the shoe. The patented BOA® FIT SYSTEM brings a new way of closing the shoe. It is a closure system using steel cable, nylon wires and with a mechanical winch and was designed to solve a list of shortcomings found in traditional closures. The soles of the shoes are made of cobinated PU/PU materials with a two-component coating. They are resistant to fuel oil, impact and pressure, puncture and water. Last but not least, they have anti-static, ESD anti-static and anti-slip properties.

The patented "BOA® Fit System" is a closure system using steel cable, nylon wires and a mechanical winch and was designed to solve a list of deficiencies found in traditional closures. In the development process, this system is an improvement on every other closure system on the market - from the lace with hooks to the buckle. The BOA® closure guarantees maximum durability, reliability and strength. The BOA® product suite is incorporated in United States patents, which are listed on the BOA® Technology Inc. website.
