The ladder is manufactured and certified to meet European and Austrian standards and the ÖNORM F 4047 standard with the extension of ČSN EN 4047.
European standard EN 1147 specifies the requirements, test methods and design criteria for portable ladders for use by fire and rescue units and for similar purposes. The tests specified in this European Standard are type tests, not periodic tests. Non-portable ladders for use by fire and rescue services are not covered by this standard.
European Standard CSN-F4047 specifies the requirements, test methods and criteria for the testing of self locking nuts, MJ threaded, of refractory nickel alloy NI-PH2601 (Inconel 718), silver plated - Grade: 1550 MPa (at ambient temperature) / 600 °C - Technical specification (Standard for direct use as a CSN).
The multifunctional/combinable ladder is typical of its unique design for versatile use. It combines both a support ladder and a freestanding ladder. But you can also use it thanks to its ability to be extended. It has the exceptional ability to more than double its height when extended/extended as a support ladder. Plastic coated steel hooks and locking loops on the rungs are used to secure the position when unfolded. They ensure that the individual parts remain connected during use. The guide brackets on the upper and lower sections are made in an extremely strong design. This ensures comfortable folding of the ladder and firm anchoring of the individual parts. You will also appreciate the practical galvanised chain lock against the ladder starting up, which is automatically fitted on every single model. It helps to ensure that the ladders are firmly in position.
The biggest advantage is, of course, the ability to extend the ladder, i.e. to extend the ladder when used as a stand-alone ladder - a stepladder or a support/inclined ladder. Thanks to the articulated bending solution, it folds very well into a very compact position, making it easy to move around the workplace, to transport by car and to store.
The quality of the material and workmanship of the ladder will exceed your expectations. The entire ladder is made of high-quality alloy aluminium (aluminium alloy to achieve the required mechanical properties) from a special square hollow profile. Reinforced square rungs, up to 28 mm thick, with anti-slip properties for even greater safety, stability and comfortable climbing, or to make it easier to stand on the ladder when working at any height. The rungs are milled and permanently welded with CMT technology to the uprights, ensuring a completely safe ascent. Not a single detail or defect can be overlooked in the manufacture of the ladder.
The rungs are welded to the beams using CMT technology - a cold welding process to achieve the highest possible quality. Compared to conventional welding, CMT works with very little heat input and an extremely stable arc.
By using high quality alloy aluminium material and careful processing/welding of the complete ladder structure, considerable resistance to weather conditions has been achieved. Due to the material properties, the ladder cannot rust even if it is left standing in direct rain or exposed to other water elements for long periods of time. There is thus no risk of damage or wear and tear.
