Stable hose D19 semi-rigit for hydrant system

The D19 semi-rigid hose is intended for use in the D19 BETA-01 (SR) hydrant system as a spare part. It is used to quickly and efficiently route water from the hydrant to the fire scene. Thanks to its semi-rigid design (semi-rigit), it retains its shape and is easy to handle even during quick deployment. The hose is finished with a press-fit end

Is this hose compatible with our hydrant systems?

Yes. We supply it as an original spare part, so you are assured of a correct connection and reliable operation together with the D19 BETA-01 (SR) hydrant system.

What is the diameter and design of the hose?

The hose has an internal diameter of 19 mm (D19), which corresponds to the standard parameters of internal hydrant systems. The semi-rigid design combines the advantages of rigid and flexible construction - the hose is rigid enough not to kink during handling, yet flexible enough for convenient reeling.

What is the hose made of?

It is made of a high quality, durable material (PVC with textile reinforcement) that provides high resistance to pressure, mechanical damage and ageing.

What are the technical characteristics of the D19 semi-rigid hose?
  • Inner diameter: 19 mm

  • Type: semi-rigid (semi-rigid construction)

  • Intended use: hydrant systems with connection to the internal water supply network

  • Material: PVC with textile reinforcement

  • Operating pressure: according to EN 671-1

  • Resistance to mechanical damage and UV radiation

  • Can be used in the temperature range: +5 °C to +60 °C

Where is this hose used?

It is intended for installation in buildings - office premises, industrial buildings, warehouses, public buildings and other places where internal hydrant systems are part of fire protection.

Is it possible to replace the hose by myself?

Yes, replacing a hose in a hydrant system is simple and can be done by a trained operator or service technician. However, it is recommended that replacement be done as part of regular maintenance and inspection of the hydrant system.

What are the main advantages of this hose?
  • Genuine spare part for our hydrant systems

  • Semi-rigid design for easy handling

  • Durable material with a long service life

  • Meets fire safety requirements according to current standards
